Job Description
The Radiation Therapist helps to coordinate and administer high quality radiotherapy to patients by utilizing equipment, computers and software, and established techniques to ensure
a positive patient outcomes and experience. Demonstrating radiation safety standards with patients and staff members is essential.
Minimum Qualifications
In order to be able to perform normal duties as a Radiation Therapist, the worker must be able to perform all of the following physical capabilities:

Job Description
The Radiation Therapist helps to coordinate and administer high quality radiotherapy to patients by utilizing equipment, computers and software, and established techniques to ensure
a positive patient outcomes and experience. Demonstrating radiation safety standards with patients and staff members is essential.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved School for Radiation Therapy.
- ARRT Registered Technologist (T)
- State licensed (mandatory where required)
- Must be in good standing with all CE and license requirements.
- CPR certified
- Computer literate, to include experience with the following:
- Record & Verify Applications
- Treatment Delivery Applications
- Electronic Medical Record
- MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; good organizational skills; confidentiality; excellent interpersonal skills; positive interaction in dealing with team
- members and patients.
In order to be able to perform normal duties as a Radiation Therapist, the worker must be able to perform all of the following physical capabilities:
- Lifting up to 22 lbs frequently waist to shoulder height
- Unrestricted pushing and pulling waist to shoulder height
- Unrestricted reaching
- Sitting for up to 30mins at a time
- Unrestricted standing and walking
- Unrestricted bending and squatting
