Position Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Hotel Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in hospitality management. Training will be provided in all areas of hotel operations, including guest services, front desk, housekeeping coordination, and revenue basics. The right candidate is a problem solver, motivated, and ready to learn. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Support guest check-in, check-out, payment processing, and issue resolution.
- Learn and apply Red Roof brand standards and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with guests — bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
- Help monitor guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
- Support the kiosk operations team in handling reservations, OTAs, and guest communication.
- Participate in training programs covering guest service, revenue management, compliance, and leadership skills.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
