This position is fully remote service, and need to work in office and does not require travel. The technician is responsible for calling arcade locations, diagnosing equipment issues, guiding on-site staff through troubleshooting, documenting all activity, and completing daily wrap-up reports to ensure consistent service and machine uptime.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
