- Manage personal and/or commercial lines insurance accounts, including quotes, renewals, policy changes, and client communications.

- Assist agency leadership with administrative and executive assistant tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency management systems.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve client issues promptly.
- Support agency growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
