We are looking for a highly organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and keep projects running efficiently from start to finish.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, construction-driven environment and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
You will support project setup, billing coordination, and office operations while working closely with estimators and management.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members
· Create and organize job binders for new projects
· Process receipts
· Assist with collections (deposits, insurance ACV, final depreciation)
· Assist with payroll tracking and internal reporting
Qualifications
Strong Microsoft Excel, word, google sheets
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Dependable and proactive with a strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
· $20–$22 per hour (DOE)
· Full-time position
· 75% employer-paid health insurance after 90 days
· PTO begins accruing after 6 months
