Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced house cleaner with a crew of three to five people to clean beach rentals. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our residential cleaning team, ensuring homes, town homes, and high-rise condos are spotless and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will create a comfortable environment for our clients. Pay is set and based on the size of the units cleaned by you and your crew.
What you’ll do
- Perform thorough cleaning of beach rental homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, changing bed sheets and making sure linen counts are correct in each unit.
- Inspect units that have been cleaned by your crew with a keen eye.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and procedures including going back to cleaned units to fix any complaints as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete cleaning assignments within scheduled timeframes.
- Communicate with the office of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or client feedback to management.
Basic qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Able to lift 30 to 40 pound linen bags and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in rental cleaning or janitorial services.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices.
