The Manufacturing Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient and timely execution of production schedules to ensure customer orders are completed and shipped on schedule. This role works closely with operations, production teams, and management to coordinate workflow, maintain inventory levels, and ensure operational and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational support for the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing facility
- Review and manage established production schedules across all manufacturing departments to ensure inventory targets are achieved while maintaining optimal efficiency
- Coordinate production flow to align departmental timelines and ensure on-time completion of work
- Maintain organization and workflow standards within each department
- Monitor and manage daily staffing levels, including addressing absences to ensure production requirements are met
- Oversee inventory management, including monitoring product bins and ensuring materials are stored in designated locations
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Perform additional duties as required to support operational objectives
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production coordination, or operations role required
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of health and safety requirements in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient with basic production reporting and inventory processes
