Job Summary
Looking for a dependable and honest candidates who are driven to succeed. We only want to hire future leaders for our company who want to make the most of this opportunity. Must be willing to work 5 days a week. Previous experience with window cleaning or ladder work is ideal. Our lead staff makes $21-$35/hr (commission based).
We’re expanding into Soft Washing and Pressure Washing and are looking for team members with experience in these services. If you’ve worked in this field, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Description:
-Monday-Friday with holidays off.
-Will be on your feet most of the day while exploring different areas of the Asheville area.
-Most be willing to work on ladders ranging from 2ft-32ft
-Is reliable, responsible, proactive, professional, and driven.
-Pay starts at $18.50/hr
-Raises are based on job performance, time, and playing a positive role in the team.
-Crew Leads are paid commission or $21/hr base. Most leads make ~$25-$30/hr. To become a crew lead you must have mastered the skills necessary in our trade. This includes professional client interaction, reliability, being a positive team member, and leadership.
Skills
- Good customer service skills, including professional demeanor, presentation, and communication.
- Must be comfortable working at height and on ladders.
- Must be a positive team member. We are looking for employees who understand the importance of teamwork. Negativity will not be tolerated.
- Good physical stamina for standing, climbing, lifting, and working at heights.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
