Your Role & Responsibilities
- Field Leadership: Serve as the direct bridge between executive management and the field. Lead, inspect, and motivate crews in real-time to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Efficiency Optimization: Analyze daily field data, optimize route logistics, and refine cleaning techniques to maximize crew productivity without sacrificing quality.
- Training & Onboarding: Own the training pipeline. Take Junior Technicians and fast-track them into competent Crew Leaders within 30 days.
- Quality Assurance & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and customer service standards through random field audits and proactive coaching.
- Resource Management: Manage equipment, inventory, and vehicle fleets to ensure crews have the exact tools needed for peak performance.

Requirements
- Proven Experience: 2-5 years in an operations management, supervisory, or crew leadership role (Commercial/Residential service industries preferred).
- Professional Cleaning Experience: 5 years of residential, hospitality, commercial or janitorial experience.
- Execution Mindset: A track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing turnover, or scaling field teams.
- Logistical Skill: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and shifting weekend priorities.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a pristine driving record (required for field travel).
- Age: 18 or older.
