Role Description This part-time with future full-time opportunity, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Brea, CA. The Customer Service Representative will welcome clients, check in and check out patients, manage appointment scheduling, and answer phone calls and emails in a professional, empathetic manner. Responsibilities include explaining basic services and procedures, updating client and patient records, handling payments, and coordinating with veterinary and technical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. The role also involves resolving client concerns, providing follow-up information, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area. This position requires consistent in-person collaboration with the care team and a strong commitment to client and patient experience.
Qualifications
