Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Store Lead to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing retail team.
The Store Lead plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the store consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals.
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and leads by example on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics
- Ensure exceptional customer service and customer journey execution
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain strong product knowledge (CBD, skincare, accessories)
- Oversee inventory accuracy and stock levels
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation
- Track competitor activity and provide feedback to management
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company and mall policies
Qualifications
- 2 years of retail experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong sales background with a proven ability to hit targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma required
