Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Synthetic Turf Installer based in Jacksonville, FL. The Synthetic Turf Installer will be responsible for preparing job sites, installing and maintaining synthetic turf, operating required tools and machinery, ensuring proper measurements and alignments, and adhering to safety guidelines and project specifications. Collaboration with team members to achieve high-quality installations is essential, along with ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience with the installation and maintenance of synthetic turf, landscaping, or related fields
- Proficiency in using tools and machinery associated with turf installation
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, or instructions for precise installation
- Strong attention to detail, measurement, and alignment skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor in outdoor environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols
