Shift: We have an immediate need for individuals who can work Day & Evening Shifts. We are interviewing for other shifts as well.
Training: To begin mid-July. Regular shifts will begin early August prior to the new School Year.

Key Attributes And Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output as directed.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Follow care plans and provide emotional support to residents.
- Report any changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Utah is highly desirable but not required.
- Ability to become trained and certified as Nurse's Aide within 4 months of employment.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
