Job Description:
As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sunshine Home Health, you will be an integral part of our home healthcare team. You will play a crucial role in delivering high quality, personalized care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by their healthcare team.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clients' conditions.
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional support; ensuring clients' dietary needs are met.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience in home healthcare or long-term care is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Compassion and empathy for clients and their families.
- Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a healthcare team.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
