The Sunshine Swim Center is looking for a year round Lead Swim Instructor. This position is designed for someone who is looking to grow into a leadership role within Sunshine Swim Center.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Begin as a Lead Swim Instructor teaching group and private swim lessons.
- Learn and demonstrate Sunshine Swim Center's curriculum, teaching standards, and daily operations.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service to swimmers and their families.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and leadership in all aspects of the position.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient pool environment.
- Support management with daily operations and facility needs as assigned.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as experience and performance grow.
- Transition into a Swim Supervisor role, overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring quality instruction, and helping maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to prepare for a supervisory position.
