Job Overview
We are a "mom n pop" Lawn Care & Snow Removal business we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal employee to join us during our peak season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a seasonal employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The work varies day to day but we need help with the following: Spring clean-ups, Lawn Mowing, Landscaping, Leaf clean-up in the fall time and other jobs as assigned. This is a physical job and can be tiring, you must not be afraid to get dirty or have any "physical limitations" 1 day you could be on a string trimmer, the next day you could be spreading mulch/doing some landscaping. Looking for someone who can work a minimum of (2) days a week, could lead to more later. Someone who can work alone if needed to or in a "buddy system". Job starts immediately- December (weather permitting) We don't work weekends, holidays or foul weather days.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting & communicating with customers you will interact with our customers from time to time
- MUST be trustworthy and reliable
- Assist with lawn care duties
- Do what your told to do the first time, stay focused on the task your given.
Requirements
-MUST be a people person. You will be interacting with out customers, general public and possibly a future customer
-MUST 100% be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY!
-Show up on time
-Have a working cell phone
-Have reliable transportation to our home office (we DON'T provide rides)
-Be in decent physical shape this job is physical work, must not be afraid to be dirty, sweaty, can handle the hot summer heat/humidity or the chilly times.
-Experience in the Lawn Care field is required, BUT we will train you reguardless of experience level
-Some landscaping knowledge is also helpful
-Positive eager to work, friendly attitude
