At Sunshine School & Development Center, we believe in shattering limitations and helping every child shine their brightest. We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leadership within our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This role is central to ensuring that students and families receive high-quality, individualized support and services.
Compensation
· Starting pay: Depending on experience
· Sign-on bonus: $2,500
What You’ll Do
· Supervise and lead a team of RBTs, ensuring evidence-based, individualized treatment.
· Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
· Implement interventions such as one-on-one therapy, family treatment, group instruction, and classroom consultation.
· Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to support progress across environments.
· Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide staff/family training.
What We’re Looking For
· Credentialed BCBA (Behavior Analysis Certification Board).
· Experience supervising RBTs and exam candidates.
· Experience working with preschool-aged children and/or children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred.
· Strong assessment, program design, and collaboration skills.

Schedule
· Monday – Friday
· Part time hours scheduled between 7:30a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
