Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis has an immediate opening for a strategic, culturally-connected Senior Account Executive to join our Talent & Influencer Integration team in New York. You’ve been in the industry for 4–5 years and are looking for your next challenge. You have a creative voice, an inventive mind, and an opinion that matters. You don’t just follow trends; you anticipate them, and you possess a deep, expert-level understanding of the creator economy.
As a Senior Account Executive, you are a primary driver of our digital and talent-led campaigns. You possess the professional maturity to develop trusting relationships quickly and the technical skill to lead a campaign from initial strategy to final analytical reporting.

As a Senior Account Executive, you are a primary driver of our digital and talent-led campaigns. You possess the professional maturity to develop trusting relationships quickly and the technical skill to lead a campaign from initial strategy to final analytical reporting.
The Role
- Integrated Strategy Execution: Execute comprehensive communications strategies for both earned and paid influencer campaigns. You understand how to align creator voices with brand objectives to drive genuine engagement.
- Content and Briefing Mastery: Produce and edit materials including creative briefs, talent contracts, client memos, and briefing notes. You ensure all documents are client-ready and reflect a deep understanding of the project goals.
- The Cultural Radar: Act as the team’s eyes and ears. Monitor news cycles for daily breaks and pop culture moments that our clients can leverage through influencer partnerships.
- Account Stewardship: Partner with senior leaders to achieve deliverables for a full roster of 4–6 clients. You ensure that client requests are handled with efficiency, professional poise, and total precision.
- Event Leadership: Assist in planning and executing talent-focused events and influencer activations, providing on-site support and managing talent logistics in real-time.
- Mentorship and Training: Proactively mentor and teach junior staff. You take pride in sharing your industry knowledge and helping build the next generation of talent experts.
- Relationship Driven: You understand that we are a people business. You lead by example in how you treat your co-workers, partners, and the media—prioritizing trust and integrity in every interaction.
- The Creator Expert: 4 years of experience in talent and influencer relations. You have a documented track record of executing campaigns from strategy to completion and feel confident conducting outreach to high-level talent reps.
- Platform Fluent: You are deeply aware of the latest trends across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You have a pulse on who is up-and-coming and how to leverage their unique audience.
- A Meticulous Writer: You are fast, persuasive, and detail-oriented. You can translate a complex brand message into a clear, compelling social brief or creator pitch.
- High EQ: You possess high EQ and situational awareness. You have the confidence to voice your opinion in brainstorms and the judgment to make the call in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptionally Organized: Your research and organizational skills are unmatched. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting a single detail or deadline slip.
- Driven to Over-Deliver: You take genuine pride in exceeding expectations and are energized by work that allows you to be a part of something good.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Tech-Forward: Previous experience using influencer research tools like Julius, Celebrity Intelligence, or IMDb Pro.
