Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role, located in Jacksonville, FL. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily office operations, scheduling, supplies, office vendors, and facility needs, handling administrative tasks, communications, and special projects, coordinating team meetings, trainings, and office events, and maintaining office efficiency & compliance, organize digital files, and manage office systems. Additional tasks include ensuring proper use and maintenance of office equipment, providing excellent customer service, and assisting team members to facilitate a smooth workflow within the organization. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills in a professional real estate setting.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support team coordination and client interactions
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration, including scheduling and record management
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a high standard of client engagement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with real estate operations is a plus
  • Proficiency with office software tools, such as Google Workspace, Constant Contact, Mailchimp or similar tools
