Sunshine Quality Solutions is hiring a Service Writer to support our service team with accurate reporting, customer communication, and warranty coordination. This role manages service records, supplies, and equipment logistics while maintaining up-to-date customer profiles. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
- Open and manage work orders through invoicing
- Coordinate equipment transportation and maintain records
- Keep service library current with manuals, bulletins, and media
- Maintain department files and customer profiles
- Manage accessories and supplies, including reorders
- Collaborate on warranty claim follow-ups with the centralized processor

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Familiarity with office procedures and recordkeeping
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
