What You'll Do
- Travel to residential customer locations in and around Houston, Texas, to diagnose and repair pool equipment.
- Expertly troubleshoot and repair pool heaters, pumps, filters, and automation systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal pool equipment performance.
- Accurately assess equipment issues and provide clear and concise explanations to customers regarding necessary repairs.
- Complete service tickets and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are readily available.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients.
- Proven experience as a pool repair service technician with a strong understanding of pool equipment and systems.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience repairing heaters, pumps, filters, and automation systems.
- Possession of a valid Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Residential Appliance License.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
