Sunshine Photo & Electronics is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations, customer service, inventory management, and basic administrative/computer work.
We are looking for someone who is organized, hardworking, comfortable using computers, and able to assist both in the warehouse and with customers in-store.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Pick, pack, label, and scan outgoing orders accurately
- Receive, unload, organize, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and create/update spreadsheets
- Perform basic computer and administrative tasks
- Assist customers in-store and answer general questions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/store environment
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Follow company procedures and warehouse safety standards
- Assist with additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
