This key role is responsible for managing and maximizing enrollment capacity, monitoring availability across centers, ensuring timely and accurate CRM follow-ups, and supporting each location in meeting and maintaining full enrollment.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Enrollment Specialist to oversee the enrollment operations across eight daycare centers. This key role is responsible for managing and maximizing enrollment capacity, monitoring availability across centers, ensuring timely and accurate CRM follow-ups, and supporting each location in meeting and maintaining full enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and Manage Enrollment
- Track and report enrollment numbers, availability, and waitlists across all 8 daycare centers.
- Ensure each center is actively enrolling up to their licensed capacity.
- Identify under-enrolled classrooms and implement action plans to fill them.
- CRM Oversight
- Ensure all centers are properly utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Review follow-ups, leads, and tours to ensure timely communication and conversion.
- Provide training and support on CRM best practices as needed.
- Capacity & Licensing Knowledge
- Maintain a clear understanding of each center’s licensed capacity and staffing ratios.
- Assist directors in forecasting availability based on upcoming transitions or age-outs.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with center directors to align enrollment efforts with staffing, space, and resources.
- Facilitate weekly check-ins to review progress, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices.
- Report key metrics and updates to upper management regularly.
- Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize on local enrollment campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor ROI on enrollment efforts and adjust tactics as necessary.
- Proven experience in enrollment, admissions, or client intake (early childhood education or multi-site experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of daycare licensing standards and capacity planning.
- Proficient in CRM systems and data management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed.
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Business, or related field preferred.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
