Job Description
Sunshine Latte, a welcoming café in Horace, North Dakota, is hiring a Barista to join our growing team! We're looking for someone friendly, energetic, and passionate about great coffee and great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages according to quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with regular customers
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior barista or customer service experience preferred but not required — training provided
- Reliable and punctual with flexible availability (mornings and/or afternoons, must be available weekends )
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
