Requirements
Required Qualifications
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Postsecondary coursework in healthcare administration, business administration, medical office administration, or a related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), or HCA or equivalent certification required according to state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtained upon hire.
Experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, reception, healthcare administration, or office support.
• Experience in assisted living, healthcare, senior living, medical office, or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and office software preferred.
Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.

You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their mental health journey while ensuring exceptional care and compliance standards:
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet residents, families, and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls and messages
- Help visitors with questions and directions
- Monitor the front entrance and sign-in process
- Provide a welcoming, positive experience
- Support nursing and leadership teams with daily tasks
- Prepare and organize reports, forms, and documents
- Help schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Manage office supplies and handle mail
- Maintain organized and confidential resident files
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Update resident information as needed
- Support data entry in electronic records systems
- Help schedule appointments and transportation
- Communicate appointment details to residents and staff
- Assist with tracking healthcare documents and orders
- Support communication between care teams and families
- Share important updates with staff
- Help route questions and concerns to the right team members
- Work with all departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Participate in meetings and training
