Project Scope:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead
and manage multiple IT projects within a healthcare technology environment. The
ideal candidate will have strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk
management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple
high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather and
document business requirements.
· Develop project
plans and execute projects through completion.
· Manage project
schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
· Ensure timely
delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
· Monitor project
progress and provide regular status reporting.
· Create and
maintain project documentation and management artifacts.
· Coordinate with
business users, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
· Facilitate
communication between internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage multiple
high-profile projects concurrently.
· Support portfolio
and program management activities as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 3 years of
Project Management experience.
· Strong background
managing projects within a Healthcare Insurance IT environment.
· Experience with
project planning, resource allocation, and effort estimation.
· Experience with
SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related project
management tools.
· Experience
managing project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
· Strong
documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Medicaid or
Healthcare Delivery Systems experience.
· PMP or PMI
Certification.
· Experience
working with large-scale healthcare technology projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work
experience.
