Project Scope:
We are seeking a Network Administrator to support enterprise network infrastructure and identity services within a
Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. This role focuses on network
deployments, troubleshooting, security enhancements, and identity-based
networking initiatives such as SD-WAN and PKI.
Key
Responsibilities:
Network & Infrastructure Support
- Install,
configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
- Support
routers, switches, wireless access points, and connectivity services
- Perform
network deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management
Troubleshooting & Operations
- Monitor and
resolve network and connectivity issues
- Provide
support for Windows-based systems and mobile devices
- Manage and
resolve tickets in the support system
Security & Identity Services
- Support SD-WAN,
PKI, and secure authentication services
- Assist in
implementing identity-based networking solutions
- Ensure
compliance with IT security standards and policies
Documentation & Reporting
- Create and
maintain network diagrams and technical documentation
- Provide
regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
Collaboration & Field Support
- Work with
cross-functional IT and business teams
- Travel to
field offices for installations and support
- Assist with
hardware setup, including racking equipment
Required Skills & Experience:
· 3 years of
experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration
· 3 years of
experience with switches, wireless access points installation &
troubleshooting
· 3 years of
experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and authentication services
· Experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
· Strong experience
with network documentation and diagrams
Preferred Skills:
· Certifications
such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or Microsoft
· Experience with
networking training programs or bootcamps
Education:
Associate’s Degree in a related field
