Summary
The Quality Assurance
Analyst – Advanced will support large-scale healthcare technology projects in
collaboration with an enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). This role
focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of Medicaid-related
applications within a structured governance and compliance-driven environment.

Daily
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test
cases, and QA/UAT processes based on business and technical requirements
- Maintain
full SDLC traceability between requirements, designs, and test cases
- Perform
functional, regression, negative, usability, and user interface testing
- Design,
execute, and support manual and automated test scripts
- Participate
in defect triage, retesting, and resolution activities
- Prepare
QA documentation, metrics, and status reports
- Adhere
to established QA governance standards and recommend continuous
improvements
- Communicate
testing results, risks, and gaps clearly to development teams
Required Skills
- 5 years translating business or policy
requirements into test cases and scenarios
- 5 years building and managing test
cases within test management systems
- 3 years hands-on experience with
healthcare operations (Medicaid preferred)
- 3 years experience using QA tools such
as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
Preferred Skills
· Experience supporting large enterprise or
e-business systems
· Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile
SDLC methodologies
· Prior Medicaid or healthcare domain
experience
