Job Summary
Sunshine Electronic Display Corporation is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to handle general maintenance and janitorial duties throughout our manufacturing facility and other company buildings. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
· Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, offices, and other company buildings.
· Handle routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and cleaning common areas.
· Assist with basic facility repairs and preventative maintenance.
· Maintain outdoor areas and surrounding company property as needed.
· Assist with moving equipment, supplies, and materials.
· Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Previous general maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
· Basic knowledge of building repairs and maintenance.
· Forklift experience preferred.
· Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
· Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented.
· Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
