What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at Sunshine Disposal Inc?
Sunshine Disposal & Recycling has an opening for a Customer Service Representative for our Spokane Valley customer service center. Duties include all aspects of inbound and outbound customer calls. This is a seasonal (approximately 5 months) full-time position. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Overtime may be required depending on business needs. This job has an hourly wage of $23.32.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year work experience in a call center or other customer service center.
Must be able to transport self to and from the work site in Spokane Valley.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must pass background check for handling of payment transactions
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Regularly (6 hours) sit, stand, walk, see, hear, grasp and reach.
- Seldom (1-2 hours) climb, lift (up to 20 pounds), stoop/crouch, crawl pull/push, carry.
- Clearly see 10 feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors
