Overview
We are looking for a motivated Dental/Orthodontic Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice. This role supports clinical procedures, patient care, and daily office flow in a friendly and professional environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control standards
- Assist dentists and orthodontists during procedures
- Take digital X-rays and ensure patient comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
- Help with scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk support when needed
- Keep the clinical area clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
Experience: (We offer training for the right candidate.)
- Dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn chairside assisting and dental procedures
- Basic computer skills; dental software experience is a plus
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
