Duties
- Provide instructional leadership by guiding curriculum development and implementing best practices across classrooms
- Lead and supervise school staff, including teachers and support personnel, ensuring effective team collaboration and professional growth
- Facilitate professional development sessions focused on educational compliance, legal requirements, and innovative teaching strategies
- Oversee school administrative functions such as budgeting, managing school policies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with school goals, including fundraising initiatives to support program enhancements
- Evaluate faculty performance through regular assessments and feedback to promote continuous improvement in instructional quality
- Manage school operations related to early childhood education, special education law compliance, and childhood development standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare administration or as a school director with a strong background in education management
- Extensive knowledge of educational regulations, legal considerations (including special education law), and compliance standards
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and classroom experience in Pre K settings
- Strong management skills with experience supervising staff.
- Ability to develop strategic plans that align with institutional goals while fostering innovation and growth
- Excellent public speaking skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with staff, parents, stakeholders, and community partners
- Experience working with students across early childhood to elementary levels is highly preferred
