The primary duty of the floor technician is maintaining the cleanliness of the floors and carpets in the location they work in.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining hard surface floors by dust mopping, damp mopping, spray buffing, scrub and recoat, strip and finish.
- Maintain carpeted areas by vacuuming. Spot and stain removal. shampooing and extraxtion.
- Other general cleaning and project work, as required.
Qualifications
- Expereince with floor machines, usage and maintenance
- Lift 50 pounds
- Walk and stand for long periods of time
- Interface with customer personel
- Read, write, and speak English
- Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Pass criminal background check
