Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is achieved. This position would be on call and float between days and evening to cover as needed. Transportation is company car or personal car.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as kitchen cleaning, and bathroom sanitation.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Execute commercial cleaning duties including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies appropriately to maintain a safe environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
- Ability to lift and move equipment or supplies as needed.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
- Willingness to LEARN NEW cleaning methods and adapt to different environments.
- Must drive and have a valid drivers license.
