Position Overview
Position Type: Part-time (Hourly Employee)
Work Schedule: Flexible hours (Mornings or Afternoons)
Location: Tahoe City, Tahoma, Homewood, Carnelian Bay, Kings Beach, Incline Village, and Truckee
Pay & Benefits
Hourly pay: Competitive pay based on experience (meets or exceeds California minimum wage)
Non-discretionary bonus: Earn a bonus for each completed job, in addition to your hourly rate
Weekly pay: Get paid weekly
Reimbursement: We reimburse for mileage and cleaning supplies
Mileage reimbursement: Paid at the current IRS standard mileage rate (65.5 cents per mile for 2025) for business-related travel between jobs
Employee benefits: Workers' compensation coverage provided
Requirements
Background check: Must pass a background check
References: Must provide at least two references
Experience: House cleaning experience is required
Reliability: Must be honest, trustworthy, and dependable
Language: Ability to communicate in English (basic proficiency is sufficient)
Transportation: Must provide your own reliable transportation (valid driver's license required)
Job Responsibilities
Clean homes according to provided checklists
Communicate effectively with the team and clients
Follow established safety and cleaning protocols
Track mileage and expenses for reimbursement
Bring all necessary supplies to and from homes

This is an hourly employee position, not an independent contractor role.
