We welcome experienced individual cleaners and established cleaning teams that can meet Sunshine’s standards for reliability, professionalism and detailed work.
Possible projects include:
- Recurring residential cleaning
- Deep and heavy-duty cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Realtor and property-manager turnover cleaning
- Office and small-business cleaning
- New-construction and remodeling cleanup
- Carpet and tile-floor steam cleaning
What contractors need:
- Previous paid cleaning experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone for job communication and photographs
- Appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Current liability insurance before the first assignment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable availability and timely communication
- Ability to work independently and complete the agreed scope
This is an independent-contractor opportunity. Contractors select their availability and decide whether to accept each offered project. Work volume may vary by season, location and customer demand. Sunshine does not guarantee a specific number of projects or weekly hours.
