Sunshine Cleaners is seeking a reliable and motivated Janitorial Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations throughout the Central Coast. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires working alongside cleaning crews while ensuring high-quality service and excellent customer communication. Building a team of three experienced crew members to work together as a team.
Duties
- Schedule and manage janitorial crews.
- Supervise cleaning operations and actively clean with the team.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety standards, and proper maintenance procedures.
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement needs.
- Track employee hours and daily activities.
- Drive company vehicle between job sites.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial cleaning practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team in a face paced environment.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in supervising multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
