We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Director to join our leadership team at Sunshine Child Care! This position plays a vital role in supporting the Director and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our child care center.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Director in overseeing daily center operations
- Ensuring compliance with all Texas Child Care Licensing standards and regulations
- Supporting teachers and staff to create a positive, nurturing environment for children
- Helping with scheduling, parent communication, and classroom management
- Maintaining records, organizing activities, and contributing to a high-quality program
Qualifications:
- Experience in child care or early childhood education preferred
- Knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for children and early education
