Job Overview

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine trash removal and waste disposal in compliance with health standards
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, if necessary
- Operate floor care equipment restore shine and prolong flooring lifespan
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within commercial or industrial settings
- Knowledge of custodial procedures including sanitation standards and equipment operation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders when necessary
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning supplies and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Prior experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required
Schedule & Expectations
- Business is operational 7 days per week. This position is not on call, but if selected for the role, you must be available for all shifts and flexible with scheduling during the initial phases of opening.
- Arrive on time and prepared to support the entire scheduled shift
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
