Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Up to $80/hour | Flexible Schedule | Orlando to Southwest Florida
Sunshine Autism Center is expanding across Central and Southwest Florida, with a primary focus from Orlando through Tampa Bay down to Sarasota and Fort Myers. We’re currently hiring BCBAs to support our growing client base across these markets.
We are also open to connecting with strong candidates in nearby areas as we continue to expand.
This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking for a stable, well-supported role with flexibility and consistent case availability.
What we offer:
- Up to $80/hour, based on experience
- Flexible schedule (10–40 hours per week)
- Ability to build to a full caseload based on your availability
- Strong RBT support and collaborative clinical team
- Consistent referral flow and steady client demand
- Clinic-based and in-home opportunities
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and manage a caseload of clients receiving ABA services
- Supervise and support RBTs to ensure quality care
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and team members
- Reliable and organized
