We are looking for a full-time, hourly Parts Coordinator to join our team and report to the main warehouse in Belleview. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of attendance, hard work, initiative, ambition, compassion, and empathy. Pay: $15-$19 per hour based on experience

Job Schedule: Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 7:30 am

Job Summary

Sunshine's Parts Coordinator manages the inventory, procurement, and logistics of HVAC components, ensuring Service has the necessary parts to prevent job delays. Key duties include sourcing, ordering, tracking, and presenting parts and repair estimates to customers; and handling warranty returns and disposal.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and order parts/materials for sold repairs.
• Present repair estimates to customers.
• Return or dispose of warranty parts.
• Deliver parts and materials to various jobsites as needed.
  
  

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, And Skills

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work on a team and independently.
• Maintain customer relations.
• Have ability to complete all necessary paperwork.
• Adhere to safety standards.
• Lift minimum of 50lbs - some items have a large or awkward profile.
• Tolerate repetitive motions (bending, reaching, etc.).
• Tolerate standing for extended periods of time
• Tolerate working in tight, elevated spaces (warehouse/loft).
• Withstand temperature variations within large warehouse.
