Location: Millville, NJ 08332 (Cumberland County)
Hours: Afternoon schedule

Position Summary:
As a Behavior Therapist (BT) and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) if credentialed, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your creativity, consistency, and compassion will help children achieve developmental milestones across home and center-based settings.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with consistency and accuracy
- Accurately document session data and client progress using our EMR system.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment
- Communicate effectively with families, teammates, and supervisors
- Participate in regular training, supervision, and team meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism
(ABA experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or similar software
- Passion for helping children thrive
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and TB test
- Reliable transportation
- RBT Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
