As a Teacher, you will create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of toddlers. You will help guide children through daily routines, play, and meaningful early learning experiences while building strong relationships with families and your teaching team.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe classroom environment
- Support toddlers through daily routines, play, and early learning experiences
- Document children’s learning through classroom displays and materials
- Maintain positive daily communication with families
- Follow and support childcare licensing and accreditation standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team
Qualifications
- Must pass Level II Background Screening
- Previous experience in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong communication and classroom leadership skills
- Positive, nurturing, and dependable attitude
- Comfortable building relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current 45-hour DCF transcript required
- CDA or formal education in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Reliable and ready to make a difference
