Sunshine ABA Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one support to children with autism and other developmental differences. Our strengths-based, holistic programming focuses on empowering our clients by fostering essential social, communication, and daily living skills through positive behavioral strategies.

What You’ll Do:
Direct Client Care
- Provide consistent 1:1 ABA therapy to school-aged and early intervention clients in a structured clinic setting
- Execute individualized treatment protocols and skill-building programs designed by the BCBA
- Use play-based learning and structured interventions to support growth in social, communication, and daily living skills
- Support clients in developing independence through engaging, goal-driven activities
Data and Documentation
- Collect and record accurate, objective data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition
- Maintain timely session notes and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Collaboration and Professionalism
- Respond to challenging behaviors in a safe, ethical, and supportive manner using individualized behavior plans and SafetyCare principles
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and the therapy team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Assist clients with daily living skills as needed, including toileting and self-feeding
- Be a source of encouragement and positivity for clients throughout their learning and development
What We’re Looking For:
Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow structured treatment plans and data collection protocols accurately
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the clinic location
- Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
Preferred
- Experience working with children, including in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related settings
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Nursing, or a related field
