About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Director (BCBA) to oversee our growing Georgia area (currently 2 clinics, with expansion planned).
This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to step into higher-level leadership, with the opportunity to transition from a partially clinical role into a more strategic, growth-focused position over time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight across multiple clinic locations- Support and guide Clinical Directors and clinical teams
- Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services
- Assist with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making as needed
- Drive staff development, mentorship, and retention
- Partner with leadership on clinic growth and expansion (including new locations)
- Monitor performance, outcomes, and overall clinic success
- Maintain compliance with BACB and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification required- Experience consistent with Clinical Director-level roles (leadership clinical)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting both clients and clinical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
