What You’ll Do:
With a small caseload of just 6–8 clients, you'll have the opportunity to focus on meaningful outcomes, provide individualized support, and build strong relationships with families.
- Assist in managing clinical operations at Martinsville, IN location
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Oversee ABA programs and provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skills development
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated care
- Provide one-on-one consultation to clients, therapists, and all stakeholders based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Collaborate with families to ensure the highest quality of care
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies at home
- Hands on training with students studying Applied Behavior Analysis
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proficient knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Extensive experience working with children with Autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Proficient in data analysis, data collections, and systems management
- Expert in communication of Behavior Intervention Plan strategies to external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lead large groups toward a common goal
