Description
As a Resident Care Tech, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with passing of their medication, mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed.

Essential Functions Include:
- Assist with resident ADLs including mobility, hygiene, eating and dressing and other needs
- Assures proper documentation and timely charting for resident care
- Assist in answering call lights and ADL support of the residents
- Dispense medications to residents in accordance with physician orders
This opportunity is Full Time (32 hours per week) on 2nd shift. The shift time is 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday.
Wage: starting at $18.75 per hour ($17.25 for a base wage plus a $1.50 2nd Shift Differential) *Experience considered

Requirements
Experience with passing medications or at least one year of healthcare experience preferred.
