Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to lead our team in a dynamic and challenging environment. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing crew members effectively. Duties
- Lead and manage the crew during operations, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and efficiently.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of vessel.
- Conduct daily inspections of the engines and mechanical systems.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes skill development and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with all team members, providing clear instructions and feedback to enhance performance.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities as required.
- Be a leader of a positive and lucrative (tips) work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a maritime or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent management skills with a focus on team dynamics and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and decision-making capabilities.
