Part-Time: Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher
Daily Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing station for approximately 2–3 hours per day.
- Meat Preparation Assistance: Assist with meat prep, including slicing and trimming meat, for approximately 1 hour.
- Kitchen & Equipment Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, BBQ smoker, and surrounding work areas for approximately 1 hour (as alternating or shared tasks alongside prep duties).
Full-Time: Kitchen Assistant / Prep Cook & Dishwasher
Daily Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Wash dishes, kitchenware, and utensils for approximately 3–4 hours per day.
- Meat Preparation: Trim, prep, and slice meats for approximately 2 hours per day.
- Kitchen & Smoker Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the commercial kitchen, BBQ smoker, and surrounding areas for 1–2 hours per day.
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
