Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile receptionist to handle phone calls and general office work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum
of 2 years of office experience, strong organizational and verbal communication
skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and manage data entry accurately and
efficiently.
- Organize and maintain patient charts and office
records.
- Perform miscellaneous office tasks to support the
smooth operation of the office
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members,
and external contacts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent work experience in an office
environment.
